We Make The Shirt Jacksonville

My wife emailed her the day before and ask if they were able to fulfill an order by 2:30 the next day. She responded saying that they can have it done. The next day, no order and she says that she never received a deposit. We sent her the deposits she ask for according to her email, and when my daughter was there to pick up the order she begins to say that there wasn’t a deposit and that their machine is now broke. Now my son has no stole for graduation and we have no shirts.

I’ll be back to update my response later on today. It will be detailed, along with screenshot emails. If you need a company who’s competent, remembers what they agreed to during “rush orders” and equipment doesn’t break at the beginning of the day … FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS b/c THIS ONE ISN’T IT‼️

Asked for a medium and got a large back. Really messed up my photo shoot. It was one shirt. I only ordered 1 shirt Edit. Owner reply and offer to fix situation. As should be. Owner used large after medium requested. Owner should always verify size as customers don't have access to shirts so unable to check for safety. I wont change my rating due to my wife being completely unhappy after opening surprise to have a overly baggy mess. Thanks for offering to replace. We won't use your business again. Critical mistake you are going to have to accept a 2 over and try to be better. Triple check if you must. One shirt. One job. Big mistake
