Tony was outstanding! Best Boat buying experence I have had. Took time with me and my wife, answered all of our questiongs. He even brought the boat to my house to make sure it would fit in the garage. I could not be happier with the boat or the process. 2nd boat I have bougt from Waylen Bay still the same outstanding service.
I contacted Waylen Bay to inquire about purchasing a boat cover as a gift for my husband. He had purchased a boat there a few years ago. I spoke with Alex Harkwick, service advisor. Alex provided guidance, and initiated the transaction with one of their subcontracted companies to provide a custom made boat cover. Alex assisted this boat novice with patience and expertise. I want to commend your company for having people like Alex! Customers will continue to return to Waylen, I know I will!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service & Top-Notch Upgrades Waylen Bay Marine did an absolutely phenomenal job servicing and upgrading my Carolina Skiff 18 JVX. Alex, the service agent, was outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. They installed a Minn Kota trolling motor with a lithium battery, a new Lowrance 9” chart plotter with a 3-in-1 transducer, and a Sportsman II Power-Pole. They also added two transom rod holders and four stainless steel rod holders to the T-top. Every install was clean, well thought out, and executed perfectly—everything turned out amazing. Waylen Bay Marine also had a custom bow cushion made for my boat, and it was absolutely perfect—great fit, high-quality workmanship, and they had it completed within a week. In addition to the upgrades, they serviced my Suzuki 70 hp outboard and handled repairs to the trailer, all done efficiently and correctly. It’s hard to find a shop that does both mechanical work and custom rigging this well. Overall, the quality of the installation was superb and everything was clean, professional, and clearly done with attention to detail. Alex took the time to explain how everything worked and made sure the setup was exactly what I wanted. The boat performs great, and all the new electronics and equipment work perfectly! Waylen Bay has earned my trust and confidence with their excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and professionalism. If you’re looking for a great place to have your boat serviced, upgraded, or customized, I highly recommend Waylen Bay Marine—and be sure to ask for Alex. You won’t be disappointed.
Tony, Chad, and the entire team at Waylen Bay took complete care of us from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. They not only beat the other dealers' prices, but they blew them out of the water. The attention they gave us and our new boat getting us ready for the water is something that stands out above all else to me. Integrity is one word id use to describe the folks at Waylen.
