This company is hands-down the best cleaning company I've ever used. Cida 🦩🧼 the owner is so welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely caring. I've used quite a few cleaning services before and end up discontinuing after a couple months after being dissatisfied from the very first experience. They have such special, sweet, personal touches. I had a deep clean a couple days ago and I'm still finding little things they've done. A couple examples; I opened my AC closet for something and they had vacuumed around it and organized all the random items. They also wiped every one of my daughter's DVDs before returning them to the shelf. Vleaned all of her shells etc. This was for a deep cleaning, but it is the best deep cleaning I've ever had and I foresee using them for the indefinite . I highly recommend. *I wish I had before pictures but y'all, it is 1 trillion times better than it was and I feel so calm and at ease since I'm not using every waking second to try and clean
AMAZING! This is the word that comes to mind after my cleaning service was completed. I just had the tile and carpet removed in my home and new floors installed. I asked Google for a cleaning company with the highest reviews in the last few months in my area and WayClean popped up first on the list. I called and Cida was able to get out to me the same day for an estimate. I was in need of a deep cleaning and the debris and dust removed from my walls and baseboards due to the floor install. She went over the whole process with me. The day of the cleaning Cida and her team arrived on time, they were professional, and did an amazing job. My house smelled so clean and looked better than I expected. I would highly recommend! WayClean does not disappoint!
They are amazing! I am always so delighted at what a stunning job they do with our bathrooms. Everything is perfectly spotless and they leave little touches to make it look professional. I am so impressed with the cleanliness of the showers which have grout and glass and I would not hesitate to recommend them!
Not very impressed, when you come out and do a walk thru of my home to provide a qoute and tell me you will make the place look "spotless" thats what I am expecting. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because the owner (im assuming) was nice and had her crew come out the same day and she discounted the original quote. *side note, be careful when using your debit card to pay for purchases here in St. Augustine. My debit card was compromised and im not saying this business was responsible but I am new to the area and someone in this area (according to my bank) got ahold of my debit card and other information. This was one of the places I recently used my debit card.
This company is INCREDIBLE! I am so lucky that I saw one of their cars on the road advertising. The name said it all "WAY clean" and that is what I was looking for. So many cleaners out there have no consistency or attention to detail. This company cleaned my house IMMACULATELY above & beyond what I would ever expect from a home cleaner. They cleaned around & under EVERYTHING! Even organized some things that was beyond their scope of work AND they charged me less than my last cleaner. I will tell my family & friends about this company because truly I don't even have any recommendations for improvement. They totally WOW'd me so book them while they still have availability you will be lucky to have this company clean your home if you value detail & service consistency at a very fair price!!
