Fantastic experience! Took my original diamond in with a gold band with a design that I had in mind to be worn on my right finger. He saw my vision and it turned out better than I ever imagined!! Started out first at a jeweler that wanted to charge me an astronomical amount and take around a month to be completed. It was done in 2 weeks time at a fraction of the $$$❤️💍 They are extremely professional, trustworthy and will continue to do any custom work with them. Absolutely love it!!!! . Thank you so much!
I recently visited Watches Plus in Orange Park and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with outstanding customer service. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The entire process was smooth and efficient. If you’re in the area and looking for quality service, I highly recommend stopping by and shopping with them.
I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top tier. Everyone was professional, respectful, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping me instead of just rushing me in and out like most places do nowadays. I brought in my watch/jewelry for repair and they explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident leaving my items with them. The repair quality was amazing — everything came back looking perfect, clean, and professionally done. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. What impressed me the most was the turnaround time. I expected to wait much longer, but they got everything done surprisingly fast without cutting corners. It’s hard to find a place that gives both speed and quality, but they definitely delivered on both. Their prices were fair, the communication was excellent, and the overall experience felt honest and trustworthy from start to finish. If you need watch repairs, jewelry repairs, resizing, batteries, cleaning, or anything similar, this is definitely the place to go. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family. I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I received! Not only was it incredibly fast, but the price of the new battery for my Movado was very reasonable, and they even fixed the clasp for free. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
I took a watch to them to personalize with an engraving as a gift for my son for his wedding. It turned out better than I would have expected! Staff is very professional and polite and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I’ll most definitely be returning and highly recommend!!!
