managed to get an appointment for my 71 year old mother and after 5 months waiting for them to examine her without prior notice they only told me (on the same day of the appointment) that they canceled it because they no longer work with that insurance, this is u. abuse and lack of respect with a patient, they could notify beforehand so one can look for another option and not lose half a year for an appointment. poor service. or racism?
