Christine was the best driver I have ever had! She seen me pull in and she stopped to wait for me & then grabbed my bags for me while I grabbed my purse. Thank you for your service & your VIBEZ! I wish I could request you every time
After having a complete fiasco purchasing from groupon, and a Wally Park associate trying everything they could to get my coupon to work. I ended up just having to use my credit card to get in. It was so stressful. What I was supposedly saving which really wasn't that much, certainly wasn't worth all the stress. Never got My money back from groupon because they said it had been used. This time I used their app to purchase the parking and it was so easy, pulled up scanned the QR code from the app and everything worked perfectly. I was through the gate in a minute and parked, and on my way to the airport with no stress. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend using the app!! Everybody is so nice and wanting to help.
Very timely, they don’t make you wait too long and they’re always helping with your luggage. I have no issues with Wally Park in Jacksonville Florida. Sneider is so professional, kind and very helpful!
We have been using them for almost 2 years now and love this place. From the first time we used them in a desperate panic from the airport parking being full we will never use anyone else. Their drivers are always very nice and a special shout out to drive Tim for being so accommodating and willing to talk with our very chatty child.
It's a nice facility and a comfortable shuttle. But they don't miss an opportunity to gouge you on the price. With JAX airport parking full, I had to park at Wally over the weekend. Parking at Wally for 2 days and six hours - total of 54 hours - cost me over $70. That is just ridiculous.
