Wallace AutoGlass

I went to get a routine oil change at Ford and was greeted by Tyler when I arrived. He noticed a big chip in my windshield and immediately was able to help me get a replacement. I was hesitant already because of a previous windshield replacement making my insurance increase, but he showed me everything and assured me nothing like that would happen. Tyler was super friendly, professional, approachable and very knowledgeable. He spoke to the insurance company, took all the pictures for me, and helped me through the entire process within 20- 30 minutes. He made the process extremely easy, smooth going and stress free. He checked in on me frequently as I was at the dealership and kept me in the loop of what was going on and what I was supposed to do/ look for, along with reminding me the day prior and the day of that they were coming out to replace my windshield. He also helped me get it re-tinted and followed up after to make sure I was satisfied. All of doing so at the comfort of being able to stay at my own home. The guys who also came out to replace the windshield and tint were super friendly and professional. Overall, Tyler was an amazing guy to work with who provided fast, quality service. Would 110% recommended Tyler and his coworkers/ company. Great team! Thank you!!

I took my vehicle to Subaru for an oil change and Sam Velazquez remarked on my cracked windshield. I actually had an appointment to have it repaired later that day but he gave me his card for future reference. After meeting with a different company, I decided to go with Sam based on my brief encounter with him and I am so glad I did! He immediately scheduled my windshield replacement and worked with my insurance company to finalize the claim. The technician came the following morning and did an excellent job. I would recommend Wallace Auto glass for your car windowz/windshield.

Tyler and the Wallace AutoGlass team are awesome! Unfortunately, I’ve managed to crack my windshield twice in the last six months living in Jacksonville thanks to all the construction debris. Both times, Tyler walked me through the entire process, worked directly with my insurance, and scheduled everything around my availability. They came out, replaced the windshield, recalibrated everything on my BMW X5, and had it all done before lunchtime. The entire process has been quick, easy, and stress-free both times. Always a pleasure working with Tyler and the team. Hopefully I won’t need them a third time anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly who I’m calling!

Tyler was awesome to work with and quickly arranged for my windshield to be replaced. Within 24 hours, technician, Onil Casado, came out to my house to replace my windshield and was finished in less than an hour. Great and stress-free customer service! I would 100% recommend Wallace Auto Glass to anyone needing glass repair!!
