Waddell's Automotive

Passing thru, needed auto repair. Called and the associate was very knowledgeable, went in was diagnosed in ten minutes, they had part delivered and had me back on the road in about an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!!! Extremely Grateful 🙏Mississippi Shay~

Worst experience I've ever had at any automotive shop. Took older vette in for repair because it was having running issues. Found out it was a bad water pump. Had it replaced plus a few minor repairs. Took the car back and it began smoking terribly on the way back. Called the shop and a tech there told me it was "antifreeze" burning off. Ended up being a massive oil leak due to a bad sensor seal and it was just pouring oil unto the muffler. Not sure how they managed to miss that before they turned it back over. Took it back and told them to fix it, proceeded to take nearly 2 weeks because they "ordered the wrong one." Finally was called on late afternoon of a friday to pick it back up. Showed up on Monday first thing in the morning to pick it up and no one was there during working hours. The car had horrific damage to the side of the vehicle. I've attached photos. They claim they had "no idea" how it happened, and apparently despite having cameras, "found nothing." Owner refused to get an official assessment by a automotive insurance adjuster and would only allow his local "buddy" to do the paint repair, which of course they did an abysmal job. Do not take your car here.
