We hired W.S. Builders for our kitchen remodel, which included demo of a wall and pushing the footprint of the kitchen out into the existing garage area. The project was done on time (roughly 3 months), within budget (less than $60k), and in the end we got our DREAM kitchen. We couldn’t have been more happy. At the very beginning of the project, WS Builders put up a wall with a zippered plastic sheathing to keep the dust levels down throughout the rest of the house. Let me tell you, we did a bathroom remodel which included demo work after we completed our kitchen project and the bathroom remodel created much more mess than our much larger kitchen remodel did (surprisingly). It’s the little things like the zippered temporary wall that made this project much more bearable. WS Builders did uncover some “surprises” during the demo and found a way to complete the project within our original budget. We have a house that was built in the 50s and once we knocked the wall and ceilings down we discovered some additional work that needed to be done. WS Builders helped us throughout the entire process of our remodel and worked with our lender to make sure the project was funded properly (they had to fill out extra paperwork the bank needed). They went above and beyond for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to ask Speir and Heather to come over and do this whole project over again.

Terrible driver pickup truck #186 cut into turning lane cut me off and there was a solid line between the driver of truck and I. Orlando area less then mile from Orlando Eye. Turning onto Sand Lake Rd. 3:30pm Saturday 21 March 2026. If this is an example how they get till or from Josie. Maybe compa ies need to reconsider whom their drivers are.
We used WS Builders to renovate our home. They are an excellent company and did an outstanding job. Speir Bryant and his team are professional, dependable and experts in their field. We were particularly impressed with their craftsmanship, and the care they took in maintaining the character of our home while updating it. This is especially evident in our renovated kitchen and bathroom. We highly recommend them to anyone remodeling an existing home or building a new home.
I have had the pleasure of working with WS Builders and they did a beautiful job on our kitchen. They provided me with great customer service, excellent quality & high end design services. They helped me with my kitchen countertops, tile & sink selection. I highly recommend working with Heather & Speir Bryant, owners of WS Builders with any of your home remodeling needs.
WS Builders completed our kitchen remodel and I’m living in my dream kitchen! I was anxious about living thru a remodel with two children and being without a kitchen... and Heather and Speir Bryant were absolutely amazing, professional, helpful, insightful and truly delightful thru the entire project ... start to finish. I’ve recommended them already to several friends. So I’d heard in other remodel stories there’s always that last punch list wt a couple small things that need finishing and the contractor had moved on to other jobs... not WS Builders... heather Bryant came by and made sure the last little details were complete and in a timely manner! I would undoubtedly use them again!!
