Definitely not a budget friendly, they tried to charge me $800 plus for replacing two control arms and front left and front right outter tie rods. Meanwhile I have tire outlet quoting me $500.

I was given a diagnosis by a dealer of what they thought was wrong with my car. My vehicle is considered one of the more complicated cars to work on, but they V U had me to bring it in to give me a fair diagnosis, and I did. They fixed my car for $11k less than the dealer I’m very pleased and have sent multiple people to VUs automotive

I was driving from Georgia down to Florida when my skid plate completely fell off my car. I was stressed and just hoping to find someone who could help quickly and affordably. Vu’s Automotive Service Inc. went above and beyond! They fit me in the same day without hesitation, reattached my skid plate perfectly, and charged a very reasonable price. Everyone there had such a positive and welcoming attitude — they treated me with genuine kindness and made what could’ve been a really bad day so much better. The service was fast, professional, and honest from start to finish. If you’re ever in the Jacksonville area and need trustworthy, top-quality car service, I cannot recommend Vu’s Automotive Service enough!

I do not recommend this shop at all. My car sat here for 3 days without even receiving a diagnostic, and it was looking like it would take even longer. I had to call them just to get information, and even then I wasn’t given a clear timeline or updates. I rely on my car for work and family responsibilities, and the lack of communication and urgency was extremely unprofessional. If you value your time and need reliability, go somewhere else.
