Really enjoyed this new sushi restaurant with no wait on a Saturday night. The service was very good and the table setup was unique with a hidden drawer for extra utensils and supplies. The sushi was good and refreshing and the ginger salad was also a good start. Definitely recommend coming here if you are in the Mirabella area. It's a bit hidden off cr16 but plenty of parking.

The salad was wet which made the dressing soupy. The steak and shrimp hibachi was ice cold. I asked for medium steak and it was ice cold in the middle. I ordered a California roll and was nasty, I only wanted to eat the avocado but it wasn’t even ripe to eat. Leaving 75% of the plate here and leaving feeling nauseous. I got the hibachi hot plate, and my wife got the Hawaiian Poké bowl. All of our food was fresh, and delicious! We really enjoyed it. The lunch portions were perfect for making us feel filled, but not stuffed, which was great! This is also an odd pro, but the cutlery, bowls and plates were really nice. Sometimes eating rice on a bad plate can be annoying and I didn’t have that problem at all here!

The food was very good, probably the best ginger salad I ever had. The lychee martini was also perfect and service was strong. I truly have nothing negative to say about my experience. The reason for 3 stars is the value. Compared to comparable restaurants the portions for the price were very small. The cocktails were not overpriced which makes it a great place for some drinks and a light snack.
