Listen.... go somewhere else! I would not recommend this repair shop based on my parents' experience. What was supposed to be a 12-day repair turned into well over a month, with excuse after excuse for missed deadlines and broken promises. Communication was poor, and every expected completion date came and went without any accountability. Even more frustrating, when my mother's car was finally returned, none of the electrical components were working—an issue that did not exist before the vehicle was brought in. She then had to take the car back for additional repairs. On top of that, the hood latch/lock had to be replaced because it was damaged while the car was in their possession, which was another problem that didn't exist beforehand. After waiting more than a month, no customer should have to return because of new problems that were created during the repair process. We expected quality workmanship and honest communication, but unfortunately received neither. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope the company improves its quality of work, communication, and respect for customers' time.
I had a great experience with Viverette’s after bringing my van in for auto body repairs following a rear-end accident. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, communication was easy, and they made what could have been a stressful situation very straightforward. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. My van looks like new again, and you would never know it had been damaged. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend Viverette’s to anyone needing auto body repair work!
⭐ 1 STAR — I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I came back to this shop because they did a good job on my previous vehicle, so I trusted them with my second car. Unfortunately, that trust was a mistake. My driver-side door and mirror were damaged. They inspected the car and quoted me over $4,000, which I agreed to pay. When I picked up the car, I was shocked to find that the damaged mirror had NOT been repaired at all. When I asked why, they told me I would have to PAY MORE MONEY if I wanted the mirror fixed. How do you inspect the damage, quote me over $4,000, take my money, and then tell me AFTERWARD that I need to pay even more to finish the repair? If the mirror wasn’t included, that should have been clearly explained BEFORE I approved the $4,000+ repair. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. They lost a returning customer’s trust over this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. I wish I could give ZERO STARS, and I will be sharing this experience on other review platforms so other customers know what happened before trusting this place with their vehicle and money.
I stopped by today for an estimate after someone recently ran into me and damaged my rear bumper. The estimator thought he could help without any bodywork, so he used a product that removed the scratches in seconds—free of charge. I had tried repeatedly to remove them myself without success. If I ever need repairs, I’ll gladly return to Viverette's and I will also recommend them to anyone who needs bodywork. What an honest and helpful business!
Unfortunately, the service at this location has demolished severely. Therefore, I will not recommend another individual to utilize their service, which I have utilized out-of-pocket in the past and referred many that also have services completed. While visiting this location and requesting a quote on out-of-pocket damages on my 2012 2-Door Honda Civic today, the bairded representative refused to even write a quote. In fact, he stated "It would take me 30-40 minutes to provide a quote on a $20,000 repair, that will likely not happen." WOW. The entire 1-2 minute quote was full of no(s) - e.g, we aren't doing full body paint jobs, let me refer you to this guy to pull out the dents, you are better off going to Midas, etc. he did not make one marking on the document he brought outside. It's so sad though, as we called in advance - approximately one month ago. We live in the state Virginia and brought the car to this previously trusted location. Unfortunately, it appeared to be a money driven task for the representative, as I informed him it would be out of pocket. The mere fact the car was transported to Florida for this quote, speaks to the fact the cost could be covered at some point in time. But I digress, if the work now performed at this location is anywhere near the characteristics displayed today, I would not recommend utilizing this company.
