My husband talked me into coming here(an hour away) because I was looking for a new dentist. My experience with Dr. Sanders and his team has thus far been impressive. The facility is nice, clean, quite pretty, and Christian music played in the background. Every person there, including the receptionist, made me feel as welcomed as possible. I felt important, and like they truly wanted me there. Being military, I’ve been to dentists across the country over the past 20+ years, none have been as kind and personable as this crew. They made an effort to get to know me and even joke around with me. They even remembered my husband’s visit when I mentioned him. I’ve never felt so seen and pampered in a dentist office before. When it came to my teeth, I knew a lot of work needed to be done. So far, my out of pocket costs have been be approximately 70 percent less than Aspen tried to charge me. That being said, there was some kind of misunderstanding that almost made me call and cancel my next appt and find a new dentist. It was related to insurance coverage, which by the way, they are in network with United Concordia. With the extra work I needed, my insurance doesn’t cover very much, so I was left paying a lot out of pocket(still much less than Aspen). I had a large filling from a molar crumble and turn back into a cavity, so they insisted on using porcelain for durability. Porcelain is very expensive and my insurance doesn’t cover it, so that’s where the confusion was. I was left wondering if they were in network because I’d never paid more than 30 dollars for a filling in my life. I didn’t know there were different types of fillings, as I’m not a dentist. If I were to improve something about this office, I would have them send home an estimated and itemized list of service costs so that the client can have it in hand to review and organize financials prior to the next visit. From stepping foot inside for the first time, until I left, the team continuously checked to see how I was doing, made me feel as comfortable as possible, offered me a spirit-free cocktail, coffee, water, etc. They were gentle with my teeth, informative, answered every question I had thoroughly. The Dr. walked me up to reception after and made sure I was ok before leaving. I even received a hand written note in the mail with a small token of appreciation. I truly feel like Dr. Sanders and his team care about their patients. I do recommend their services to others and I’ll be passing along their info to our military group.
If you’re looking for a professional dentist who takes a holistic approach to your dental health and is fully transparent with pricing, VM Dentistry is the place to go. First visit at VM Dentistry and it was a great experience! Sierra and Ryna were welcoming and professional, and the visit was surprisingly relaxing. After the 3D scan, Dr. Sanders clearly explained my treatment plan, and everything was thorough and transparent. I was able to review the quote and my insurance coverage before making any decisions, and I even had my deep cleaning done by Ryna at the end of the visit with no pain at all. Highly recommend VM Dentistry for professional, detail focused care in a comfortable environment!
We absolutely love Megan and were so happy to follow her to her new practice! She is incredibly thorough, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to explain everything and makes each visit comfortable and stress-free. After meeting Dr. Sanders at my cleaning appointment, I knew we had made the right decision in moving to his office. From the moment you walk through the door, everyone makes you feel welcome and valued as a patient. I also love all of the advanced technology they use, especially for taking images of my teeth. It really helps me better understand my dental health and gives me confidence in the care I'm receiving. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommend Megan, Dr. Sanders, and the entire team. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I was very hesitant to switch from my Dentist of 20 plus years when my good friend recommended Dr Sanders, but cutting my drive by 40 minutes each direction made sense. I am so glad I did. I have been nothing but impressed by Vivere Meloria Dentistry. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They remember the small details, like getting me in before I went on vacation, and I no longer have that anxious feeling when I sit in the chair.
Man where do I begin, from the ease to booking my first appointment for my husband and I to the welcoming experience when I first walked in… this staff does a wonderful job making you feel welcomed, informed, and keeps budget and affordability in mind when figuring out a treatment plan. My hygienist Ryna felt like a friend I’ve known my whole life, Dr. sanders was amazing and kept me informed the whole way through, and Sierra killed it with the mocktail margarita when I walked in 😂 I’m so happy I chose to come here! This dentist appointment felt more like a spa service! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment, you won’t be disappointed. 20 steps above the last place I was at 👏
