Amy is such a knowledgeable physical therapist- she pushes and challenges you, all the while healing you. She is all about prevention and strengthening. Could not recommend more!
Amy was amazing. Went in for a work injury to my midback and she was able to help heal it and most importantly strengthen it to prevent it from happening again. Thank you Amy for doing such an amazing job.
I worked with Amy at Vital Sports and Wellness to rehab a rotator cuff injury. I went to 7 weakly session and did the “home work” she assigned. It was tough at times , but I made steady progress and can now live day to day with allot more strength and almost no discomfort. Amy always took time to explain the “how and why” and was very patient with me. She did a really good job of pushing me just “hard enough”. I highly recommend Vital and Amy.!
I am a pre-PT student and I’ve done some observing with Amy on a couple of different occasions. She pays great attention to detail and truly cares about each one of her patients. She also tests my own knowledge about PT, showing me that she cares about my future as well. Her therapy is extremely personalized, and I would highly recommend!
Amy did a wonderful job with PT services to realign my neck after a car wreck. She listened when exercises were painful and adjusted accordingly. She is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her.
