Wonderful staff. From the sale to the delivery... no complaints. And the guy that comes out to deliver, that man is AMAZING! He deserves a raise and a bonus. He knows his stuff and he's a joy to talk to with questions. Thoroughly impressed by him!
We are very happy with our Joli purchase. The Vita team was easy to work with; delivery was smooth and efficient. Easy to text pic of the test strips to get the chemicals balanced. The Tub easily cooks us to medium rare ;-)
The team at Vita Spa is incredible from the 1st contact to install today. I’ve owned spas in the past & know what to look in the way of service, delivery, etc! They do not pressure you at all, and are there to ensure a great experience! They are all knowledgeable and work together to ensure the customer is #1. Whether it’s Mike, Wes, Conner, Miguel or Flora, they made it a fun & enjoyable purchase. I highly recommend this company to help you with your “longevity” journey … you won’t be disappointed!
I had such a wonderful experience at Vita Spa! I met with Flora at their Orange Park location while shopping for a hot tub, and she was absolutely fantastic. I tend to be very particular about what I’m looking for, but she was incredibly polite, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my options without ever feeling pressured. If you’re anywhere in the Jacksonville area, I highly recommend stopping by and giving them your business. The customer service alone sets them apart. I truly can’t wait to do business with them again!
I had such a great experience with Flora at Vita Spas of Jacksonville! From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the different hot tub models, features, and options available. She took the time to explain everything from jet configurations and seating layouts to energy efficiency and maintenance so I could confidently choose what worked best for my home and family. The hot tubs they sell are high quality, well-built, and beautifully designed. You can really tell they focus on durability, comfort, and performance. I appreciated that Flora wasn’t pushy at all, she genuinely wanted me to find the right fit rather than just make a sale. That kind of honesty and professionalism goes a long way. The entire buying process was smooth and stress free, and I’m so happy I chose to purchase with them. I absolutely recommend Flora and Vita Spas of Jacksonville to anyone looking for a hot tub, you’ll be in great hands!
