First time here and OMG.! My wife and I always look for thst "family owned, hole in the wall, little gem or diamond in the ruff places. And this is one of those! Plenty of parking. Quaint exterior and literally the best restaurant bathrooms i have ever been in. That is no lie, something we appreciate as it shows the owners care about their clients. Felt like I was in someone's home. We ate at the bar so we tried several things. Meatballs were great!!!!! Also had the oysters rockerfella. Everything was great but the meatballs were the best! Nichole was our bartender; very welcoming and friendly. Other locals in there and also friendly. Great atmosphere and ambience. We come to st augustines every year and this just became one of our top 4 places to eat!!!
Absolutely Incredible dining experience, such a wonderful charming atmosphere, friendly service and fantastic food! Unparalleled really!!! We loved it all, savoring every bite… the apps - garlic knots, homemade meatballs, and bang shrimp. The Margherita pizza was also amazing! The service was so great - such a lovely server and welcoming hostess. Only wish we discovered it earlier during our visit to the area to enjoy more menu items. Reservations recommended- the people know this is an amazing place for a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟top rate dining experience wonderful! Definitely earned a spot on my all time dining highlight reel 🤗
This was our favorite spot all week!! Definitely worth the Uber ride. From the start, Debra made us feel so welcomed! Made reservations at the bar, really quaint atmosphere. We had incredible service from Jaynie. Loved the craft beer selection! Pizza was phenomenal! We can't wait to visit again.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Viola’s absolutely knocked it out of the park! The food was amazing from start to finish and the service was truly impeccable—attentive, warm, and perfectly timed. We started with the soup of the day, followed by the calamari, which was cooked to perfection. Every entrée was a hit: the chicken Marsala was full of flavor, the cheesy, perfectly layered lasagna was pure comfort, and the chicken Parmesan with Alfredo sauce on the noodles was next-level indulgent. Don’t skip the bread knots (dangerously good) and pair everything with a glass of Malbec to complete the experience. The tiramisu was the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal. Viola’s is the kind of place that keeps you talking about the meal long after you leave. Can’t wait to go back!
My wife and I stopped for dinner here and were blown away at the quality of food. Clams for appetizers were phenomenal. I ordered the lasagna and she ordered the shrimp piccata. Hands down the best Italian food we have had - everything was fresh and cooked to order. We sat at the bar, as we were walk-ins, and the bartender Janey? was absolutely fantastic. I would absolutely go back when I visit again
