I have been seeing Dr. Hoxha for a very long time. Today she showed me who she was in 4K!! I was late to my appointment for the very first time. I have never been to her office and she was on time. Always had to wait. Never ever complained. They told me I needed to reschedule. I voiced my opon the matter. Wasn't rude. Her MA came out and spoke to me, said Dr. Hoxha will see me after her new patient. I said fine, I will wait. MA came back and got me, did my vitals, went over all my info. We were just waiting for the dr. Dr. Hoxha sends another MA in and she says Dr. Hoxha told me to tell you she isn't going to see you. Myself and her MA are like what! So, I ask why. MA says she said another patient said you were yelling. I'm like what! I said so she didn't have the decency to come and speak to me? MA said she left! That was not only unprofessional, but rude as hell! Now when she said that, I did yell. Why would you treat a patient like that? Especially, one yiu know that diesncause issues and always on time. I have waited for over an hour at times, and I drive a long way to see her. No one should be treated how I was treated today. She really just wanted to leave early! Smh! I will find another PCP, but that was hurtful and very uncalled for!

I used to go to Dr. Krenzer at Baptist and he was excellent. I was devastated when he retired. I never thought I would find anyone as good. I am so thrilled that I have finally found a wonderful doctor in Dr. Hoxha, who listens to you and answers questions..who also reaches out personally with lab results. She is so pleasant and approachable. Some people have that gift to make people feel comfortable and she definitely excels in this department. I would recommend her as a Doctor for anyone. Just a very pleasant but very professional visit.
