As a Renter a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE,,the most horrendous in my life . We live in Orange Park Jacksonville at the Villas Continental .We start renting in July after the Company by a law called " FORCE SALE " took in 24 hours our beloved investment thinking staying here until our retirement . As a Senior Citizen we were betrayed, disrespected, misplaced , insulted in our trust for many years . So we lost our Condo ,forced to Rent . As soon as we sign ,,the same afternoon LIKE OUR CONDOMINIUMS WAS CRYING ,, THE LEAKING IN THE living room ROOF STARTED aftera storm , it was a weekend so we have to wait got fixed ...Guess what ?? Two more week and from the light fixtures again in other ceilings ( 3c) , waiting again...got fixed as a Rental First Time . As a homeowners WE KNOW it was the 25th times it was a problem in the AC unit in top of us ...so on. This long weekend ,cleaning the Condo we discovered another leaking ,, it's a TOTAL NIGHTMARE THE PLACE .JUST PATCHING AND MOVE ON. A DISGRACE AND A TORTURE LITERALLY. Not place to parking our car , not light or security at night , We used to love the place but now want to move 😢.My HUSBAND IS THE LAST OWNER IN THE VILLAS THAT IS THE REASON WE LOST OUR SAVINGS OUR HOME OUR PLACE TO RETIRED AS AMERICAN LIVING THE DREAM BUT IT GOT CUT SHORT . NOW RENT is a nightmares 😕 I don't wish to anyone what we are living paying taxes ,mortgage and association fees almost $700 " monthly we lost now renting and we have to go somewhere else ,,a disgrace from VENTERRA never ever more a Condominiums !!
Beautiful old world living in a luxury lifestyle. The only residence on the lovely St Johns River with the attentive staff and amenities one would expect. The manager Patti is responsive to every request and need of residents. Ken our maintenance manager makes certain our requests are taken care of, and if something is delayed he and Patti notifies us to alleviate concerns and gives a date or time of expected repair. People have lived here 12 years and only moved to purchase a home. I can't imagine living anywhere else.
The ladies in the office are amazing. Patti and Bri are very helpful and always so welcoming. They make us feel like family. Such a nice family oriented community. I’m so glad we found this place to call home.
My husband and I resided in Club Continental three times and loved it each time. Many wonderful memories and many more good friends. We had a two bedroom next a three bedroom and finished with a condo in the Palace! Wonderful memories...
I have enjoyed 8 years living right here on the St. Johns River in one of the one of the most quiet and pleasant places in Orange Park.
