Village Walk

Village Walk in Jacksonville, Florida has been an excellent place to live. After 25 years of living in different communities around the area, this one truly stands out. Its location is unbeatable—close to IKEA, St. Johns Town Center, I-295, and JTB/202. The grounds are always well-kept, and the staff—especially Omar—is professional, friendly, and quick to help with any requests. What really makes Village Walk special is its strong sense of community. The neighbors are welcoming, and the layout creates a true neighborhood feel that’s rare in apartment living. I highly recommend Village Walk to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home in Jacksonville.

Village Walk has been a great place to live. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and the staff has always been friendly and professional. A special thank you to Shani Nelson and Genesis, who consistently go above and beyond to help residents and make the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Their communication, kindness, and willingness to assist have truly made a positive impression. The maintenance team also deserves recognition. They are responsive, courteous, and always willing to help with any apartment needs. My only suggestion for future residents is that if you’re moving into Buildings 12 or 13, you may want to consider reserved parking since those buildings share parking with several others. Other than that, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and would highly recommend Village Walk to anyone looking for a welcoming community with excellent staff and service.

Firstly, I wanted to give a tremendous shout out to both the leasing and maintenance teams at Village walk. The leasing team walks through the leasing process step by step and is very efficient in communication and courtesy. The maintenance team is expedient, courteous and professional. The property is well kept and you can tell there is pride instilled.

I have lived at Village Walk apartments for over four years. It is by far the best apartment complex in all of Jacksonville. The apartments are huge, there is ample parking, and the grounds are constantly kept clean. High ceilings, a strong air conditioner, and the fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are all top-notch. I have a huge tub in my bathroom (that I noticed when I was initially looking for an apartment in the area that most places did not have.) There are several supermarkets nearby, and you are incredibly close to all the stores at St John's Town Center. As an added bonus, it's only 15 minutes to Jacksonville Beach. What truly makes Village Walk the best place in Jacksonville are the people who work in the main office. After reading numerous negative reviews about other apartment complexes in the area, I was nervous that this was the norm in Jacksonville. This is not the case at Village Walk. The staff and manager continually strive to make living here the best experience possible. The initial paperwork was easy to do, and they answered any questions I had and made the entire process from start to finish extremely pleasant. Since then, the staff in the rental office and the maintenance people have been one of the main reasons I stay here. Any issues I have had, and there has only been a small handful, the maintenance team handles it immediately, quite often the same day. Serge is not only a nice guy but know's exactly what he is doing and is sure to check in with you afterward to be sure you're pleased and that everything is running smoothly. The office staff are quick to help,  understanding, and most of all, fair, especially Ashley and the office manager, Ish, who constantly go out of his way to ensure the residents are happy. In the 4 years I've lived here, Ish has gone above and beyond to ensure everything at Village Walk is as it should be. If you have any issues, he is there to talk to you and be sure that you walk away satisfied. There are monthly events for those that enjoy interacting with the other people who live here, who are extremely friendly. The pool and gym are consistently maintained, and the pool just got new deck chairs and furniture, adding even more to the appeal of the pool and hot tub area. I had considered at one point moving to be closer to work, but after looking at other apartments and the horrific reviews of other apartments around Jacksonville, the choice was obvious to stay at Village Walk. I am so happy that I did. I know it sounds like I'm going on and on about what an incredible place this is to live, and it's because it truly is. I have lived in many different cities and apartments, and Village Walk, by far, IS THE BEST. It is safe, clean, and well maintained, the rent is totally reasonable, and the staff, manager, and maintenance are unbelievably kind and fair and keep Village Walk running smoothly. P.s - the views from around the water at sunset are incredible.
