Had a negative experience with this agency. They did something unethical directly after accepting payment. For this reason, I politely asked that we cancel the transaction and go our separate ways. I was not holding the spot for a long time, I asked to cancel immediately, so this would not have harmed their organization by holding a spot and then canceling much later. They refused and opted to go for a money grab. I kind of figured they would do that since they had already behaved unethically. I did not want to subject my family to whatever other things they would do to us while staying on their property (it was a 2 week reservation). The communication with them was gaslighting, disrespect, talking down to me - typical for an inexperienced and greedy business focused on money extraction instead of providing value. We've all experienced it. This is one of those companies. EDIT: This is not a fake review as the business claims. They know who I am and they know what they did.
This is our third vacation to Villa Rosa, but certainly not our last. The home has the perfect setup with four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two br with en suite bathrooms) - and it is directly on the semi-private beach. The location is everything and the clean home is perfectly set up for comfort and livability. We had a turtle nest in front of us on the beach, and a sea turtle sighting while she was laying her eggs. The kiddos also went crabbing. All around, the best vacation ever.
We have stayed here for the last 5+ years and love it so much. We always make so many amazing family memories there and seeing our kids grow up loving the home as much as we do- such a joy. It's always a pleasure to vacation at Villa Rosa!
We had a perfect week at Villa Rosa with two families. Amazing location. Loved the morning sunrise from the deck and afternoon sunsets at the boardwalk across the road. We will definitely be back. Alex is a very responsive host.
This place is Service Dog friendly. Will meet the needs of any travaler. Single or family all can live like the aerostocracy for a moment. The rental income supports the family of a disabled Army Veteran Paratrooper who served for 10 years surving three combat deployments. Very calming place.
