I have been going to the Fleming Island location. First, the front office are very welcoming, respectful. Second, the nurses are also pleasant and professional. Third, Dr. Patel is very detailed, took his time to explain, treats his patient kindly and respectfully. I am happy with my overall experience with the entire staff. I highly recommend!
Infusion services review: Pros: The staff are friendly and helpful. They handle the sign up for patient copay services for you and explain everything very well. Scheduling staff also gets you in really quickly. Dr. Patel really listens to you and takes whatever time he needs to make sure you are treated correctly. He and his staff have been amazing. Cons: At the Belfort rd location - If noise bothers you, bring headphones or earplugs. It's not a peaceful, quiet & comfortable experience. You are sitting with your back to the windows (unfortunately, facing them would have been great!) with the nurses desk & wall to look at. The nurses are loudly talking about everything under the sun & you hear every patient's business, etc. The chairs are hospital recliners, so not comfortable at all after a few minutes and only divided by a small divider panel from the patients on either side of you.
Dr. Patel and the entire staff were all fantastic. These are not fun procedures to have but everyone was so kind and helpful. I met with the doctor before and after my procedure, which made me feel more comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his office!
I was greeted with smiling, friendly faces! I barely sat down and I was called to a room where again I was net with friendliness. Dr Patel did not keep me waiting long and he genuinely seemed interested in how I was doing following surgery. A good experience!
This was a great experience. I was kept informed the whole way and the follow-up is excellent. I have great confidence in Dr Patel and his team and would recommend them to everyone!
