Working with Vicky Walker was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As a homebuyer in Jacksonville, Florida, I couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage broker. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain every step of the mortgage process, making sure I understood everything along the way. She didn’t just answer my questions, she educated me so I could make informed decisions with confidence. Vicky was incredibly thorough and proactive, always keeping me informed about what needed my attention, when deadlines were approaching, and what to expect next. Her communication and organization made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. What truly set her apart was her commitment to going above and beyond. She was even present at my closing to ensure everything went smoothly, and she continued to follow up afterward to make sure I had everything I needed and to address important post-closing items. I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. I will absolutely be using Vicky again for a future refinance or home purchase, and I’ve already been recommending her to friends, family, and anyone I know in the Jacksonville area who is looking for a mortgage professional. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in your success, I highly recommend Vicky Walker.
Vicki Walker was available days and evenings to us. She was always pleasant, upbeat and brought ease to our concerns. Her knowledge with the loan process helped to put us at ease during stressful times. She provided guidance and answered all of our questions to help calm us when necessary. Throughout the process she continually reached out to us and followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if there was any additional help she could provide to us. Great thanks go to Vicky, she was much appreciated!
I've worked with Vicky Walker to provide quality loans and unparalleled education for my clients seeking mortgages since 1999. She has been a trusted partner and has always provided five-star service to anyone I've ever connected with her. The mortgage experience she has is difficult to match, so she is always my first choice to connect with my clients. We've had literally hundreds of successful closings over the years, and not only is she excellent with her customer service during the process, but her care for my clients extends well beyond the closing. I've had multiple clients refinance with her and send other family and friends seeking reliable, sound mortgage advice. I can't recommend her enough; if customer service from the heart and true value loan products are what you're seeking, then reach out to Vicky.
As a top producing agent, I can tell you that Vicky Walker is my most trusted lending partner! She is knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. I have closed more business with her than anybody else. She is one of the few loan officers that I know who will recommend other options if she isn't the best fit for the customer in terms of value.
