This is my favorite place to take my dog for many reasons… it is a far distance from my home but when I’m in the area with my dog, I definitely stop by here number one. There’s a trail that goes back to the dog areas where it’s fenced in and you don’t have to keep your dog on a leash. Secondly, it was 100° out that day I was able to dump out one of the pools put in freshwater and they provided bowls where you can put water in the bowls for the dog and she had so much area to run and play that she had a great time and that made me happy. Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area & in the past I met some wonderful people who lived in the neighborhood who I struck up conversations with as well…

Melo loves it. Nice dog park. Separate areas for small and large dogs. Will come back for sure.
These fields are excellent and always very well maintained. They are level, without many/ any bare spots. Great for youth soccer and watching a game where the field doesn't dictate play in a negative way, it assists it and makes the game better. The pitch was excellent, thank you!
The dog park is separated by size, large and small dogs. It has 2 blue pools with water and covered picnic tables to sit at. The bridge leading to the dog park can get very hot on your dogs feet.
Ticks, Ticks, ticks- lots at this poorly maintained swampy dog p ooh Cesspool park. Ticks, Minimal shade due to Longleaf pines destroyed, Ticks, Poor drainage, basically like walking in a Cesspool. WHOs idea to tear down ALL the Shade trees protecting the Dog park? ‘Veterans Park’ sign was Removed to Commemorate the soccer club. Yeah, Thanks commissioners?
