Finally checked this park out after being in the area for almost a year. We have come back every single day! Covered playground, shaded benches around said playground (yes I'm looking at you rvz park)... paved track with fitness stops, baseball, soccer, basketball fields... Another huge open field plus a restroom and an amphitheater. Oh let's not forget the fishing pier and kayak ramp! Seriously love this place.
The playground isn’t very big, but perfect for younger kids. My nine month old grandson loves coming here. For the Pokemon Go players, this park has multiple gyms, PokeStops, A Route circles the walking trail all around the park, it’s a great place during Community Days
I love coming here. So peaceful and relaxing. Basketball court, baseball field, soccer, just want to walk and enjoy the water front it definitely has many things you can enjoy doing. Grab your friends and family and go play.
This is a playground, walking track, and natural creek with lots of open field area and a pavilion for parties. There is also a floating, plastic kayak launch and a wooden dock for fishing. The banks of Governors Creek have been cleared of overgrowth so you can see more of the creek.
Beautiful park! Big field, picnic areas, sheltered playground, little library, and creek-side view.
