So lucky that when I showed up at 4:45 on a Tuesday that I had the place to myself and both people working on my hands and feet. Lovely people did a wonderful job making me feel pampered. Manicure was basic, but paid for better pedicure and my feet are so relaxed. It was my first time here. I’ll definitely be back.
Absolutely terrible service. Should have went with my gut feeling the second I entered Very standoffish The male technician who was presumably the woman’s husband was very rude and had a poor attitude. The design was talked about previously, and after the first nail was done wrong, I told him I would like to change the design. He kept going with the original design as each finger got sloppier and sloppier as the last finger looks like polkadots. When I told him to stop or change the design, he just scoffed and kept going when he was done. I politely told him that this is not what I wanted and that I told him to stop while he was doing it. He continued to laugh and shrug it off when I asked him what can be done because this is not what I wanted he huffed and puffed, and then walked off. His wife then said that he will not be apologizing for what had happened and that he is upset If your business is ran like this, please shut it down I will not be coming back
Do not go here it is a terrible place. The guy did my nails with the dip and when finished they had bubbles all under them. They tried to make me pay $40 for it and I refused. The guy told me he didn’t see any bubbles or specks but the lady next to me told him my nails looked bad. They tried to make me stay and soak my hands to remove before I could leave or I had to pay. Well I didn’t pay and my nails look horrible!!!
Just had a pedicure. Fabulous massage! My legs still feel wonderful.
Even tho I paid $80 for the nails I wasn't satisfied with the results. Before we started I showed the nail tech a pic and asked if she could do this n how much it would be. She assured me she could. First they had to remove my old mani and instead of using acetone they removed with clippers barbaric so much my nails are so sensitive they feel like they are about to fall out. Then we had to start all over again since not the right color then she left one hand without cutting them so underneath you can see the nail underneath. The pic will show you why I had to send review 😞😞😞😞😞
