I only went to this clinic because Dr. Ahmed left his previous place of business to start his own practice. Rather than see him, I was taken care of by a nurse practitioner who was competent and listened to my needs. But during my last three visits the doctors I saw were very unprofessional, asking me personal questions that had nothing to do with my care, didn’t listen to my concerns, glossed over making sure I had my medicine refilled, and CONSTANTLY pressured me into getting GLP1s when my weight issues are primarily cause by PCOS. Not to mention the financial department claimed that I owed them money when I never saw the doctor without paying my copay first! I left this clinic over a year ago YET THEY STILL KEEP CALLING ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I called back at least five times to get my information removed from their list. But another voicemail came in today (I blocked them, but my phone still lets voicemails through). At this point, I'm considering that harassment and a grave misuse of my information.
I went to the clinic before they were open Karrar got me in and out less than 30minutes. If you need quick help visit this clinic.
I joined this group at the beginning of the new year and I am so very happy with how wonderful they are to me and how well they take care of all my needs from general health to my mental health and then some. I highly recommend these doctors and nurses and pharmacy staff and everyone associated with this group. They are just amazing and so fabulous, they truly care about the well being of all their patients and I am so grateful to have found them.
Jasmine and Jennifer are the best team that makes the Healthcare system ride smoothly thanks highly recommend these two. Make a great team and love the bedside manner. And Jennifer's kind words.
Very Professional and Caring personnel. Both Jasmine and J. Moran make you feel welcomed and valued. Appreciate the time taken to actually listen to the patient and provide feedback and not just pass you along as another appointment.
