I was out and browsing around for a good rod & reel set up. Stopped in here and found a great set up. A lews gen2 speed spool ! The price was great and the customer service was super. I highly recommend shopping here .!

I purchased a generator on sale for half price. Was told all I need to do is change the gas. Been sitting for a couple of years. Could not get it to start. Bought a warranty in case it doesn't start. Took back and I took to long was more than 48 hours. But we can give you store credit. Be careful when trusting these people

We went to this store attempting to pawn some shoes. The general manager lowballed us. The system showed they could give us 75$ for all 4 pairs of shoes this general manager offered us $50 bc we were black. I asked him if that is why he gave us this offered (bc we were black) he never answered but started turning red and said the shoes were dirty.(only bn worn once) so we left this value pawn and went to another where the store associate called to verify if he could take women’s shoes and unfortunately he called the same general manager who just low balled us. The associate at this store showed us in the system what we were supposed to be offered and confirmed that his general manager is racist. After he spoke with his general manager he was told that they would not be dealing with us.( bc we called out his racism) The store associate at the value pawn further down blanding apologized on behalf of the general manager and we left and went to another Value Pawn further down blanding. This store we were met with customer oriented workers who not only apologized for our experience they gave us 75$ for just two pairs of the shoes we had brought in. We will not be back to Value pawn in Orange park due to ur racist general manager. It’s 2026 do better.

I had a very disappointing experience at this pawn shop. The employee came off as intimidating and made me feel uncomfortable from the start. Instead of a fair and respectful interaction, I felt pressured and uneasy the entire time. On top of that, the offer I received for my item was extremely low—far below what I expected and what seems reasonable. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation rather than provide honest service. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this place to others looking for a fair and respectful experience.
