Value Pawn & Jewelry

I brought A few dimond rings to sell and the little spanish fellow with glasses was totaly rude and unprofessional. After one woman checked and said they were real gold and dimonds he checked them them and said so the whole store could hear him that it was fake costume jewlery. So prety much that someone put real dimonds on fake gold rings??? Where they do that at? It was very close to closing time so maybe he diddent feel like working. But i beleve that he just dosent like me because of a previos encounter because i speak my mind and refuse to be bullied. i absolutely know 100% that the gold is real and will be proving it by going somewhere that hires profesonals and bringing the proof back to the maneger. After telling him he was an idiot and that wouldent be the last time he heard from me as i was walking out he said im not saying its not real my hands are tied by corporate or some bs like that. But by you not accepting them that is exactly what your saying. Comeon VP, you guys realy need to tighten up. Way to many revews talking about rudeness and under paying!!

Best employees very respectful..thus is the only pawn shop I'll ever use they will always work with you on pawns if just keep in touch to let them know what going on...best pawn shop ever that's my opinion...like all employees great service. Derek my favorite but Ill say there all great

I've had very positive experiences dealing with value pawn. I use it in an emergency I have a couple rings that I jockey back and forth pawning and taking out when I can't make the month and the money last properly. They have not given me any problems when I needed cash and I've always redeemed my property quickly because I don't want to lose my jewelry. And they don't want me to either

Gina was AWESOME, she was so sweet and helped us so much! Thank you Gina for being so pleasant.
