I had a great experience at Value Pawn thanks to Gwynnevere. She was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process when I came in to pawn some power tools. She explained everything clearly, made the process quick and easy, and treated me with respect. Customer service like that really stands out.Definitely appreciate the help and would recommend you to go to her if you visit this location!”
I brought in a brand new mini clothes dryer and the lady behind the counter was rude and very unprofessional and I will never step in that store again. She offered me 5 dollars for it. I left and went to the sister store on Dunn Ave and was without any haggling given $60. Same company just happened to get stuck dealing with a person who obviously isn't happy with her job.
Gwynnevere has perfect customer service and was extremely kind . She helps find the best product for your needs and the best prices definitely 10 out of 10 .
Best customer service from Korey and Gwynnavere every time. It’s always a pleasure coming to their store.
Terrible experience brought in all my power tools some brand new. I only need 175$ told me best 150 and that's pushing it. To me seemed they didn't wanna bother with typing it in. They knew I was desperate for 175$ and by low Balling me I would leave. I'm at cash America rite now getting 200$ so beware
