I recently work with Valerie to sell a piece of land in Saint Augustine, FL. From the listing to the closing she did an excellent job and was easy to get in touch with. During the process, an unexpected issue came up with the wetland survey, and Valerie took the initiative to research the problem. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and communication made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. She truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Valerie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate professional.
Valerie Blair is an excellent agent and a pleasure to work with. She's very learned in her profession and seems to know all the answers! Her confidence and great personality is very reassuring. If we ever decide to sell or buy again, she definitely will be our agent. Thanks Val, you rock
Valerie is a great agent and friend. Thank you Valerie for all your help.
More than helpful, honestly I'm speechless over how motivated one could be just to accomplish a common goal! Life is about experience, needless to say it's clearly with ReMax, Valerie is the Go2 for all your future requests!
