I want to give a special shout-out to the security staff at the front desk. Anytime I have a question, they are always super informative, kind, and willing to help. They never make you feel like you’re bothering them, and I really appreciate that. The valet guys deserve a shout-out too! They are always in good spirits and extremely helpful, especially when you’re running late for an appointment. Parking can be CRAZY here, especially in the middle of the day. I’ve found that later appointments tend to be a little easier because finding a parking spot can be a struggle. The doctors and staff have also been great. They take their time and answer any and all questions. Whenever I walk up to the reception desk needing help, they make eye contact… and actually take the time to figure out what’s going on and how they can help instead of just sending me somewhere else. And I have to mention the pharmacy staff! They are always so nice and consistently ask if I have any questions about my medications. They are busy, busy, busy, but they never let the workload change their attitude toward the people they’re helping. That kind of patience and kindness really stands out. Overall, there are definitely some parking challenges, but the people who work here make such a difference. Huge thanks to the security team, valet staff, pharmacy team, doctors, and everyone else who takes the time to help veterans! Five stars but parking….. eehhhh
I love coming here. People are respectful, friendly and efficient. My appointments are usually on time. Early morning blood tests are sometimes seen early. X-ray and scans sometimes have a slight holdup. Leave time to find parking. Parking can be a nightmare after 9am. I just go straight to the side streets and don’t even bother with the parking lot now. A coffee at Starbucks on the first floor after your appointment is nice plus. Definitely one of the nicer VA clinics I’ve gone to.
One of the nicer VA facilities we've been to. Bright, clean comfortable chairs. Valet parking- though you will gave a bit of a wait for that both dropping off and picking up. We got lucky and got one of handicapped parking spots near the front door. Starbucks is available on first floor. It's an easy drive off I95. Very friendly Staff. It says a lot about a place the Staff is in such good mood. #VA #handicap #medical #vision #drive
I got an eye exam at the end of January. I have been to the clinic on numerous occasions simply trying to get a pair of glasses. It is now May. I still do not have my glasses and every time I go talk to them they give me another story but not a pair glasses. This is just ridiculous.
Parking is bad. My visit was for radiology. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Radiology found my referral and within minutes had me seen.
