I had an outstanding experience with Used Car Factory LLC from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and never made me feel pressured into buying anything. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. The vehicle was exactly as described, fairly priced, and the entire process was quick and hassle-free. It's hard to find a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers, but this team definitely does. If you're looking for a reliable used vehicle and excellent customer service, I highly recommend checking them out. I'll definitely be coming back for future purchases and recommending them to friends and family.

Stay as far away from these zero integrity, lying, scam artists as you can. On July 20th I made the mistake of purchasing a 2014 BMW 535i from this dump. The battery was completely dead and the car wasn't recognizing the key like it wasn't programmed to the car. Once the car was jump started due to not having the battery properly programmed to the car, I started looking things over and immediately hit the "max ac" button. 60 degrees and full fan, blowing hot air in my face. Waited a bit, still hot. Carlos attempted his first lie here when he realized it wasn't getting cold. "Oh, it was on 85 heat. Now the AC is on." He backtracked quickly when it wasn't cooling down. Car was idling very hard like the engine mounts were completely collapsed and the check engine light was on. Carlos knew absolutely nothing about the car that was on his lot and had to call "his partner" for answers when I started asking questions. His scam artist partner, Andy, then lied stating the engine mounts had been replaced with aftermarket mounts and the check engine light was on from an aftermarket valvetronic servo motor being put in and the car not recognizing it. It was also stated they use aftermarket parts to keep repairs as cheap as possible. I decided to test drive the car anyway to see how it acted, knowing I would take it to a proper European car repair shop that specializes in BMW. It seemed to drive relatively okay so I pulled the trigger. I left a list of things to be looked into; hard vibration at idle, CEL, AC blowing hot, key not working. Went out of town for the weekend and picked up when I got back. The AC was cold but zero answers on anything else. Within 36 hours of taking possession of the car, it was on a tow truck not moving under it's own power. When I reached out to Carlos to discuss next steps, he shucked me off to Andy. When I finally got ahold of Andy, he doubled down on the lie of parts being replaced but to bring it to them to look at. They would "wave the diagnostic fee and help me out on the repair." I said, "why would I bring it back to you when you openly admitted you don't fix them properly just as cheap as possible?" I towed the car to DBMW for inspection. Found collapsed original motor mounts, failed original BMW valvetronic servo motor date stamped 10/13, a broken eccentric shaft, and diversity antenna failed(cause of key not working). All in all - $7250 in repairs on a car I overpaid $7000 for. When I called them out on all of this, they decided to have zero integrity, fulling knowing they lied, to make this right in any way shape or form. In fact, I was ignored until I had to remind Carlos to complete my paperwork and registration. When I showed up for my paperwork I was met with, "I didn't realize you had a custom plate so the registration was more expensive. But because of all the trouble you have had with the car, I will wave the discrepancy." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? $20 covers your conscience for costing me 7k+ in repairs?! How about at least covering the cost of CORRECT parts required to PROPERLY fix this car? How about having just a speck of integrity and admit you lied, didn't know anything about the car and shouldn't have had it on the lot AT ALL? Nope...Carlos gave smug look after smug look saying I paid a fair price for the car and should have brought to them to repair. This garbage dump doesn't have a singular clue about what they sell or what's on their lot. They lie through their teeth while talking about how "God has blessed me in this life" (Carlos) just to take your money and hide behind a piece of paper. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Edit: In response, price point does not negate the fact the vehicle was misrepresented and work performed to vehicle was blatantly lied about.
I waited to make this review after purchasing a 2019 BMW X3 from Carlos. I purchased my SUV back in April so it has been roughly 3 months. I wanted to make sure the great service I received when I walked in the door the first time was genuine and consistent and that the car was a quality car. I can verify that Carlos and his team all deserve 10 stars. He was easy to communicate with, very affordable, and just an all around great guy! He stood true to his word on everything since day one with price, plate, warranty, everything! I have never had an easier and comfortable car buying experience before coming here. If you are interested in a good quality used vehicle and don’t want to hassle with all the extra fees and pressure from the big guys don’t hesitate to give the Used Car Factory a chance. Thank you again Carlos! I am a lifetime customer.
I really didn't set out to buy a Honda Accord, though I previously owned a 2013 EX-L. But I know that they are very reliable cars and have great resale value. I simply went online and Google my price range. Then, I set up appointments on Thursday, 3/26 with about five different dealers, including Used Car Factory. This was my third stop; I also had two other vehicles there to look at. But, I test drove the 2016 Honda Accord EX Coupe CVT—no other was necessary! Buying was simple as Carlos, who is knowledgeable and easygoing, also gave me a 30-day Warranty on the engine and transmission. He also met my out-the-door price, gave me the CarFax, and fixed the 2 issues before I took possession! This was my BEST car buying experience, ever!
