I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to this shop. I initially paid over $1,000 to have my cooling system repaired. Within 15 minutes of picking up my vehicle, it broke down while driving from the west side to the north side. Prior to this visit, I had no engine issues at all. When I returned the vehicle to the shop, I was informed that the issue was the fuel pump and was quoted an additional $500 for replacement. After the fuel pump was replaced, my vehicle still would not start or move. At that point, I was told there was nothing further they could do. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I checked the oil and found clear signs of contamination (as shown in the attached image), which raised serious concerns about the condition of my engine. I later confirmed that the head gasket was blown. I expressed multiple times that I am still actively paying on this vehicle, but my concerns were not taken seriously. When I spoke with Brian regarding the head gasket issue, the owner stated I would need to pay an additional $1,500 for repairs, claiming the vehicle had no water in it when it arrived—despite the fact that I originally paid them to repair leaks in the cooling system. The only resolution offered was to have further work done for an additional fee, at their convenience. Given the sequence of events, I strongly believe the damage occurred as a result of the initial repair and should be addressed by the shop at no additional cost. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I am now left without a functioning vehicle that I am still financially responsible for, and no reasonable resolution has been provided.
