If I could leave 0 Stars for this company, I would. What was supposed to be a simple 2–3 day project turned into a stressful, unfinished mess that dragged on for over three weeks. It was excuse after excuse as to why the work wasn’t being completed. We had plastic covering our windows for nearly two full weeks while waiting for installation when we were told it would be one night. When Kevin finally installed the windows, he used scratched plexiglass that looked extremely poor quality and completely unacceptable for a home installation. We honestly could not believe the condition of what was installed. The bathroom work was also sloppy and unprofessional, with messes left behind throughout the process. He did a very poor job overall and we kept having to push for him to get it finished... which he never did. To make matters worse, his van leaked oil all over the street in front of our home, leaving us responsible for hiring a company to professionally remove the stains. He never used tarps, clogged our bathroom drain with debris, left dents in our tub and walls surrounding the windows he was installing, carelessly left gouges in our brand new wood floors we installed in our bathroom, and left shattered glass all over our dining room, foyer, front porch and road that I had to clean up on my own. His credit card reader was “broken,” and I unfortunately paid cash, which now means we will have to pursue legal action in order to recover our money since he refuses to refund us. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful for our family. If you are considering hiring Kevin, I strongly recommend you run — not walk — in the other direction. It will save you a major headache, wasted time, and additional expenses hiring new companies trying to repair the damage afterward. I honestly cannot believe this business is still operating.
Kevin was hired to paint the interior of my home and has since done several other projects including beautiful trim work and a built in bookcase with my dream "Belle" ladder.
Kevin was quick, efficient, and left the sink and faucet repairs we needed looking like new build quality. Great communication and fast to respond, highly recommend for any home repair services.
After 10 years, our home’s paint was fading. We didn’t realize how bad until the color was restored by Kevin and his crew! They did an amazing job. We can’t believe the difference! Nina has a high attention to detail and we couldn’t be more happy!
COMPLETE Kitchen remodel…YES PLEASE! Thank you So much to US Paint. Kevin did an amazing job. All of the cabinets drawers he rebuilt, sanded, repainted inside and outside. He matched a color to the floor tile we have and it looks So Great! He is very talented and precise. Very clean and helpful has a lot of patience. We love the kitchen ❤️❤️❤️.
