⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Urban Outfitters in the St. Johns Town Center! The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with an awesome selection of clothing, accessories, and unique items you can’t find just anywhere. What truly made my visit exceptional was the customer service. Jocelyn and Kid went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. It’s rare to come across employees who are both professional and personable, but these two absolutely knocked it out of the park. Their positive attitudes and willingness to assist turned a simple shopping trip into a fantastic experience. If you’re visiting Urban Outfitters at St. Johns Town Center, I highly recommend asking for Jocelyn or Kid—they’ll take great care of you! Thank you for the amazing service. I’ll definitely be back!

This park has the potential to be great, but unfortunately it’s extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Every time I go there with my kids, they come back with rashes from the slides, which is honestly unacceptable and gross. There’s a clear lack of proper cleaning and upkeep, and the overall experience is made worse by poor customer service. This place really needs serious attention when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance.
Trendy store, staff was not friendly store seem unorganized. Brand seems all over the board
First thing, I HATE the mall. Any mall. And this one in particular. There are times you have to go gift hunting and this is where I go. Great inspiration. It may not be the cheapest store but the stuff is unique and the quality is good. Employees are always helpful if needed. Nobody is pestering you. Simply peruse the store and make up your own mind. This is the way I want to shop.
Ambiance and style is here in spades. Urban Outfitters is located in the St. John's Town center. There's plenty of on-trend clothes, accessories, and random selection. The pricepoint is quite high, unfortunately.
