Honestly, where should I even start? Beyoncé/Mikale the Queen is one of the best party leads I’ve ever seen. The way he runs things is very organized and professional, and you can tell he really cares about making sure every party goes perfectly. He keeps everything under control, solves problems quickly, and makes sure both the guests and the employees are happy. His leadership really stands out, and the energy he brings makes the whole experience better. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and truly wants everyone to have a great time. I also have to give a big shoutout to Amelia because she was honestly the best party host ever. She was very friendly, welcoming, and made everyone feel comfortable right away. She checked on us throughout the party, made sure we had everything we needed, and kept the party fun and organized the entire time. Amelia had such a positive attitude and you could tell she really enjoys making people happy. She made the experience stress-free and fun for everyone there. I would definitely recommend coming here for a party and seeing these two in action. Beyoncé/Mikale the Queen and Amelia truly make the experience amazing, and they are a big reason why people would want to come back again.
Ahmed Party Event Planner was amazing, helpful. Took GREAT care of the birthday boy and our whole group. l will let ALL friends know this is a great to have a event for all you family and friends.
We celebrated my daughter's 9th Birthday and she had an absolute blast. She was able to all of her wristband events in a comfortable wait time without being antsy. I would recommend going later in the evening to avoid larger crowds from birthday parties. Other than than I give it 8/10 and would highly recommend this especially on tiring an active kid out!
I was very disappointed with the way how management dismissed my concerns and did not provide the customer experience that we paid for. My daughters and I showed up at a little bit before 7:00 p.m. on Saturday 3/14/26. Before I bought my daughter's wristbands, I specifically asked if all the attractions were open and I was told yes. I bought the most expensive wristbands that would have allowed them to do all the attractions yet a lot of attractions remained closed. When I asked the front desk why, they said that they close the attractions early at 8:45pm (the only problem was that when I finally spoke up and said something about it, it was only 7:50pm so a full hour before they were supposed to "close early"). Later I found out the real issue is that they were extremely short-staffed. That's not the customer's fault that this establishment was run like that that night, that's a scheduling and management issue and that reflects badly on upper management. After speaking to staff they said they would open the attractions so that my girls could go on them and I said ok that's fair. I never initially asked for a refund. The manager named Lauren (Not sure if that was her actual name or if she just lied to me - she was a Caucasian female in her mid twenties or early 30s, see attached photo). Went up to the zip line to get someone to open it up, my daughters followed and as she walked out and then not even 5 minutes later my girls came back down and told me it was still closed! The bumping spinning carts were closed, and the virtual reality was also closed and I was sitting next to the entrance on a bench the entire time since we got there. I mentioned this to management as well and they gaslit me and said it was open the entire time and that my kids just needed to go up to it. I told them I was sitting next to the entrance on a bench since we arrived and nobody was there. I literally had other kids and parents come up to me asking if they could go on the virtual reality because they thought I worked there and I had to tell them I'm sorry I don't work there and I don't know why it's not open. They also closed down the go-karts at 8:10 and my girls wanted to go on that again as well but were told it was closed. I asked to speak to any other management and they walked me back to the management office and had me sit down and wait. Lauren came back out with another young manager, a black guy with a name tag that said "Beyoncé" (probably a fake name or another female co-worker's name tag), at least he was nice enough to apologize and say he understands and that they were just short-staffed and they should not have lied about the attractions being open when they did not have enough staff to run them. He offered 2 hours complimentary pass instead of a full refund which I was fine with but then he left and never came back. I was left waiting outside the office again for 25 minutes. Nobody came and I could tell they were dodging me. Lauren came back up to the front and said that the male manager went home and she was the only one left, she said she did not agree with "Beyoncé's" offering and wouldn't be honoring what they agreed to earlier. She was very rude and dismissive. I will never be bringing my kids back here again because it's extremely busy all the time (which isn't their fault) but it's the fact that they run on a skeleton crew all the time yet still ask the same price regardless or not if the value is there or not; but most of all the management's complete disregard for the customer. It felt horrible to be treated this way, especially considering how I was nothing but nice, calm, respectful and brought forth all my concerns in a very straightforward and calm way. I was not ghetto about it, I did not raise my voice and I was super respectful because I have been in their position before. I used to be an operations manager for a similar park called Boomers (larger actually, that had go-karts, mini golf, arcade and batting cages) in Boca Raton, Florida for many years. This is not the way to treat your customers!
