Four stars. Smart concept, mostly well executed. You walk in and it’s organized—clean racks, clear sections, not the usual thrift store chaos. That matters. You can actually browse without digging for an hour. Good mix of brands, some real finds if you know what you’re looking for. Buying and selling? Fair—but not amazing. They’re selective, which is good for quality, but don’t expect top dollar when you sell. That’s the trade. You get convenience, not maximum payout. Staff is efficient. Not overly chatty, not ignoring you either. The process moves, and that’s what you want. Pricing is generally reasonable, though some items creep up a bit higher than you’d expect for secondhand. You have to know value, or you’ll overpay. Bottom line: clean, organized, and worth checking out if you want decent brands without retail prices. Not perfect, but solid. Four stars.

Went in with 3 totes full of clothes, shoes, heels, hand bags mostly brand new, name branded, and very cute and stylish! Most of my clothes were bought from SHEIN and Amazon. Told I’ll receive a text when they are finished (this was at 1pm) I received a text right before they were closing at 5:30pm (closes at 6 on Sundays) Telling me “we were unable to accept any items today”…. Shocked and actually upset, I was confused and wish I knew why not ONE item was selected? And the girl at the register was rushing me through filling out the paperwork that I opted to donate my items that were not bought... thinking atleast a good amount was going to be bought.. I should have taken them to Plato’s closet like i initially was going to, but came here as my first and LAST time.. Edit to add : I got a call at 3:30 to come and pick my clothes up before 8pm, or they would be donated. I showed up at 5:00pm and they tell me my stuff has already been donated.. so either they have poor communication, poor organization, or pure laziness but this whole experience was a complete wash.

The customer service here is fantastic! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They’ve got everything organized by size and color, which makes it really easy to find what you’re looking for. They are a bit picky about the items they accept, but it’s always nice to get a little extra cash or credit back.
