I wanted to return an Amazon package that still had its original packaging, but it wasn't sealed. The employee was following a protocol I had never heard of anywhere in my life. He told me it would cost $2.00 to put a piece of tape on it. I said no thank you and left, in total disbelief over the $2.00 charge. I will never recommend this UPS store, and this is my review criticizing them. What greed, honestly??? Do they even offer a zero-star rating?
Just the nicest staff always. They drop everything they are doing to get you checked out and with a smile. Samy helped me today and he pointed out couple of things to help me make sure my package was going out correctly. So nice to actually have such courteous service. This is the location I go to quick service, clean and I definitely recommend it.
Low review is solely for the misleading hours of operations stated on the app vs the location. This aside, personnel and services at this location have always being on par. EDIT after reading reply from owner: Thank you for your prompt reply. I drove towards this location early this morning since Google App showed it was opened and reached at 8:12am (8:15 when the photo was taken) and the door was locked. I waited in the car until 8:30 when the employee opened the store and was able to walk in for a return. I cannot speak for the evening hours as I have not visited this location past 6pm.
I was at this UPS store and saw the customer next to me being aggressively yelled at by an employee. The customer stated he was going to complain online and the employee told him to go ahead and post it and he will just delete it. I was afraid it was going to get violent, so I tried to leave as quickly as possible. Thankfully, the next time I visited, the employees were very kind, so hopefully positive changes have been made.
