Best realtor ever! Lyneska was incredible throughout our entire home-buying journey. From the very beginning, she took the time to tour different homes with us and truly understand exactly what we were looking for. She never pressured us to buy and always encouraged us to move forward only when a home felt right. Because we were moving from out of state and did not know Jacksonville well, Lyneska also helped us learn about the city and its different neighborhoods so we could find the best area for our family. She consistently sent us carefully selected listings that matched our preferences and criteria, and she was always respectful and understanding—even when we decided to withdraw an offer. When it came time to close, Lyneska was on top of every detail and advocated for us every step of the way to make sure everything was handled fairly. Even after closing, she continued following up on repairs and other issues that needed attention. Lyneska truly treated us like family and approached the entire process as though she were buying the home for herself. We could not have asked for a better realtor, and would recommend her!
