Awful Service! My experience was disappointing. Despite hearing great things about this brand's clothing, I refrained from making a purchase due to the rudeness of an employee, whom I assume is the lead, given her authoritative demeanor towards the other sweet staff members (man and younger women). Specifically, one of the employees, who seemed disinterested and avoided eye contact, made us feel unwelcome when we asked about the shirts and their sizes. After reading other reviews, it appears that this is not an isolated incident. This company could thrive in the area if they address this recurring issue with their staff. The eye-rolling, rudeness, and lack of customer service are deterrents for potential buyers like myself. The fact that we wouldn't have known she worked there until she approached us, wearing a sweatshirt and sweat shorts, should have been a warning sign. During our interaction, after inquiring about size and fit, she retrieved two long-sleeve button-downs instead of the short-sleeve shirts we were interested in. Holding them up side by side, she didn't allow us to properly compare their sizes. When we mentioned our preferred size, she fetched the two shirts we wanted from the back. However, when we asked to inspect them out of the bag, she dismissively claimed they would fit the same as the ones she had previously shown us, despite them being different in style. At that point, we chose to leave, as a company that tolerates such behavior doesn't deserve our business.

I had read about this brand and wanted to try it out so I went to this store last week for the first time. There was a very rude guy working there that seemed incredibly annoyed that I walked into the store. I asked to try on a polo shirt to determine my size and he said they have specially dedicated shirts for trying on and he handed me a long sleeve shirt instead of a polo. I told him I wanted a short sleeve polo instead so I could see how they fit. He sighed and moaned as if I were really inconveniencing him to check for an XXL and allow me to try it out. I tried it on and it fit perfectly. I asked if they were preshrunk and if they would shrink anymore and he said they wouldn’t shrink anymore and the size is the size. I bought the polo for ~$70 and watched as the other polite sales guy offered a refill of whiskey to a different customer that was not buying anything and mine walked away without saying anything after the sale. I left wearing the shirt annoyed that my guy was such a rude individual. I wore the shirt one time, washed it, put it in the dryer and dried it on delicate and it shrank one size. It’s now too small to wear and it will be the last time I ever buy anything from this brand and store. A thoroughly disappointing experience all around.

I had such a great experience! Right when I walked in I felt welcome by Ben and he helped me with my whole experience in picking out a shirt for my dad. He was amazing and so was every employee. Welcoming people and amazing quality shirts!

I was in the store for 30 minutes and worked with Cody. He was very helpful and helpful to every guest that came in the store. I love the fit, style and quality of the clothing.
