i called about a paint job on a small scratch on my car, the gentleman over the phone sounded like he wasnt interested in anything i was saying, he had me send him pictures of the scratch and then just hung up the phone without letting me know what the next steps were, i had to call back twice to see when i could get an estimate, he then informed me he would have to replace the whole bumper and that it was gonna run me $450, i have never heard of a whole bumper having to be replaced over a small scratch it seemed like he was just trying to say anything to hang up the phone. the employee who i spoke to was very unprofessional and rude and i will be taking my business elsewhere. hopefully yall can train your employees better and offer better customer service.
GARBAGE! Do not ever shop with this guy, not only did he half as my body repair and not completely fix it. He also didnt even properly color match so now i have a 2 tone car. And he only fixed half of what was damaged. He use to be good 5 years ago. Now he definitely lost his passion and does not care at all
Greg was awesome. He was very professional. He did a repair on my back bumper from a grocery cart dent. My bumper looks brand new as if a grocery cart never hit my car. I would recommend this business to anyone. Before and after repair.
Greg does excellent work for reasonable prices. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I’ve used him twice in the last year for a 2024 Volvo and have referred several friends to him that have all been very pleased with his work. He is quick and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. 5 plus star business.
Don’t waste your time. 7 year old, can paint better, save your time; save yourself from headaches, poor communication (never answer the phone) poorly executed finishing, rushed work, rough paint and dirt in the paint. Overall bad painting skills. Just telling you don’t waste your time; he even do it outside which should convince you. Mind you took the car 3 times, 40mins drive a week later calling him never answer, he even block me.
