When I say heaven sent Yvette and her staff are the most amazing team of women in Jacksonville. She handled all 3 years of my tax returns and I was already embarrassed of not being on track however she made me feel great and that I was in the right place. She was able to get my taxes on track and o am now using her for all my business quarterly needs. I would recommend her to ALL OF JACKSONVILLE
Great service. Yvette helped me with my taxes from previous years in a very professional manner. Her staff is always very friendly. 100% recommended. Thank you, Universal Accounting & Bookkeeping LLC.
My husband and I moved to the area this year so we needed to find a new accountant. We worked with Yvette to file our taxes. Shortly after she filed for us we received a few notices from the IRS that needed some clarification. Of course we reached back out to Yvette to explain these notices to us. Each year we pay our taxes in full and never had any issues. I've called, emailed and sent FB messages and I've been completely ignored by Yvette. Do not work with them!!! Extremely unprofessional. We will not be working with them next year.

All I call say is that this have been the best experience I have ever had getting my taxes prepared. The office was very organized, professional employees and Yvette was great. If you’re looking for a tax preparer, or a accounting professional Universal is where you need to go.
