Thank you United Imports! I was really impressed with this dealership and the entire experience. The owner, Michal, is a first class gentleman. He was very welcoming and hospitable when we arrived. He had the car I was interested in, detailed, and ready to go. He is very knowledgeable about cars and his inventory collection is top shelf! It was worth the drive just to see the other very interesting cars he has available. There was zero pressure to make the sale. Michal is friendly and helpful, and there's no sharks circling you while you look around! He has even kept in touch to make sure everything is going well and there are no problems. I definitely recommend visiting or calling United Imports. They will help you find your new favorite car. Five star buying experience, I love my new car. Thank you Michal and United Imports!
Absolutely outstanding experience with United Imports Inc！ The shop is small but beautifully organized—clean, tidy, and clearly run by people who truly care about cars. That matters a lot when you’re trusting someone with your vehicle. Michael and Yama were incredibly patient throughout the process and evaluated my car with professionalism and respect. In the end, they gave me a fair and reasonable offer with no pressure or games. You can immediately tell they know cars, love cars, and most importantly, operate with honesty and integrity. I contacted more than 20 dealers in Jacksonville, and they were by far the best experience. If you’re thinking about selling your car, I highly recommend speaking with them first. I just sold them my Porsche Panamera, which was in excellent condition and a car I truly loved. I felt completely comfortable selling it to them because I know they’ll take good care of it.
I called dealer on a Sunday and inquired about a BMW we were interested in. I knew they were closed but Yama called be back almost immediately. The next morning he came in early to send me so many pictures,video and carfax. He helped up with transportation and getting the deal closed by end of day on that Monday. We have never bought out of state and I live in NH. He made this transaction to smooth and went above and beyond for us and we can’t thank him enough.
Yama at United Imports was amazing in helping my family get a beautiful truck. He was very friendly, fair, didn't push sales and even gifted our son a toy car from his collection! 10/10 recommend to anyone in search of a new vehicle and will be recommending my family/friends here as well.
