The staff is friendly and the store is well stocked. The thing I am critiquing them for is completely out of their hands. The lettering to press onto the jerseys. Puma do better. Its FIFA this year cmon.
My son and I stopped in after a soccer match a couple of weekends ago and had a blast! Quinn took so much time with us. He explained the differences between cleats and inserts. This was beyond level of service we've ever received in larger sporting stores. The cashier, Riley, was also amazing. Other staff members even helped cut the inserts to fit the new cleats my son picked out. I cannot thank this store enough for taking the time to help us. The store had a great variety and an awesome jersey selection. They also carry uniforms and merch for JAX, GNV, and TLH Sporting Soccer Academy. I wish there were more items for GNV and TLH, but it's great to know that this store is nearby if we forget or misplace a kit item while in the area. Many thanks again to all who helped us!
I had a terrible experience at this store. I do not recommend shopping here; I placed an order, but they failed to deliver the product and cancelled the purchase without my knowledge. They didn't call me, nor did they send so much as an email. Over a month went by—during which I visited the store several times—and they had no answers for me. Then, today, they simply told me that they wouldn't be able to deliver the product because—after more than a month had passed—someone finally informed them that it wasn't possible to fulfill the order. It was as simple as that. It was a long-awaited gift for my daughter, and the whole experience was simply frustrating.
We got soccer? Yeah, they have EVERYTHING. I walked in looking for a USA jersey and I was amazed by the stock. I have looked everywhere for any in stock and I show up and they have every size. I will be back to get a Chelsea Jersey when the season starts back up. Employees were very helpful and so nice! 10/10 will be back.
Today’s shopping experience was very enjoyable, thanks to an employee named Jackson. Very different from our last experience. (Which is below) Poor customer service. We had to drive 40 minutes to get a Sporting JAX shirt pressed because they failed to do this when purchased. The store clerk was very unpleasant, trying to tell us that the problem was because of the way we folded the shirt!!
