If I could rate this River city location a 0 I definitely would. I purchased a Cherokee blue top in store, left it for embroidery. I picked it up and the shirt had brown spots throughout! I told the cashier that I did not want the top because it was DIRTY! She tried to wipe it off, but there were spots in various places. In speaking to her very disrespectful manager who seems to be very comfortable telling customers that they gave them a dirty top, as if I did not purchase it in that store at the time and it never left with me prior to today! Unfortunately, some people feel as though they can speak and treat people any kind of way. I rarely even come to this area and I would never purchase anything from this place again! The manager was ignorant and arrogant!

0 rating for this store...will never purchase from this place again. They accused me of returning something washed and worn when that was not the case I bought a scrub pants from Southside store they had to order the size I wanted and shipped to this store unfortunately size was too big and they refused to take my return because the tags weren't attached. The two ladies at the register were rude and unprofessional they eventually called Lisa (manager) who was not helpful at all. I see that you replied to my review...but the fact that you accused me of washing the pants is crazy I literally picked up the pants maybe 5days before trying to return it and it was NEVER WORN OR WASHED...I returned it in the same condition I received it except for the tags, I ripped them off because I thought the pants would fit seeing that I did try them in a different color at the other store, anyways I hope other customers decides to shop elsewhere because the service was definitely 0/10...next time don't accuse someone of doing something they didn't do!!!! See some of the previous reviews from other customers... Employees including the manager Lisa, rude and unprofessional.

Me and my wife went in looking for a scrub set on a budget and our associate. Selena was the BIGGEST help. She walked us around the store to find a couple options and even continued to find some on sale while she was trying them on. We ended up being able to get the full set right inside our budget thanks to her.
