UF Health Women's Specialists - Mandarin

In September 2025 I had a very concerning experience at UF Health Women’s Care. After receiving an injection, I experienced severe dizziness, blurred vision, and loss of balance, and was unable to drive for several hours. The doctor suggested it may have been because I stood up too quickly, but the dizziness was severe and lasted between 3 to 4 hours. I was not monitored or given assistance and was allowed to leave without anyone waiting for support. Later, there was contradictory information about what happened, including claims that I had received assistance that did not occur. When I asked for the cameras to be reviewed to clarify the situation, I was told there were no cameras available. I felt unattended and very disappointed with the level of patient care.

I have been seeing Dr. Brooke there now for more than two years and I just love her! She ALWAYS sits down with me to explain what we’re gonna do, in detail, before she leaves so I can get undressed. She answers every question I have with patience and a detailed explanation. I’ve had male a gynecologist for my female care as well as labor & delivery of my 3 children. Maybe it’s because she’s a female & has been in the same exact situation as most of the women she deals with, but she’s very compassionate and you can tell it comes from a genuine place. I love her & God willing I’ll be with her for a very long time. Thank you, Brooke!

Extremely pleased with the care I've received here. Dr. Reese is exceptional. I would highly recommend her and this location. The midwives, nurses and front desk staff have all been very kind and compassionate.
