Have you scheduled at one time but you don't see the doctor for nearly an hour after your kids scheduled appointment. Just to have a resident come in and check my child that I didn't approve of. To wait another 15 mins just to see the doctor your had an appointment with. Not everyone has the time of day to wait around for an hour past the scheduled appointment time. If I'm aggravated, it's because my son is aggravated and it's taking to long. If I'm late to an appointment I'm supposed to reschedule, but the doctors can be as late as they want. Makes perfect sense

I can not give enough praise and appreciation to Holly, the CSR at the Urgent Care front desk. Through the many interactions I’ve had with her through the years, she has always gone above and beyond with compassion and help when she can. This week she quite literally saved my employment by being the only person to assist me with necessary paperwork my job required and ensuring I got the help I needed. She is so kind and genuinely cares about patients, and more so than most of the medical staff I’ve interacted with through the years and goes out of her way EVERY time! The Family Medicine, however, COMPLETELY dropped the ball and sent me in circles for nearly two weeks, until the very day my paperwork was due after a week of failing to communicate with me after many attempts and promising I would be contacted back after only being able to communicate with the call center, then proceeding to give me unclear/conflicting information and more or less being told “oh well, not our problem”.

Beautiful facility. Helpful, friendly staff. Came for an MRI. Very little waiting. Clean well laid out restrooms. Comfortable chairs, TV, newspapers. Everything was modern and clean, bright. #access #unhealthy #mri #exams #doctors

I went to see this office in April and was the most horrific experience I had ever had and I’ve seen many doctors in my 59 years. The person who came to call me in was so rude, kept saying I was late and was there 4 minutes before my scheduled time. The kiosk where I check in apparently doesn’t let the receptionist know so myself and 3 others were sitting there for like 25 minutes before they realized we were all sitting there then when she came to get me she said “u can’t see a doctor because you were late and not scheduled for a doctor visit” told her to change whatever she has in her system so could see one but again told me that wasn’t happening. She finally started taking my vitals, very aggressively. Then this so called not a doctor came in and was asking questions with his back turned to me and I kindly asked him to talk face to face. He was even worse than the person checking my vitals. I left this office in tears and never been treated so unprofessional Will never go back there and would not recommend this place to anyone and I called my insurance company to report that I was refused to see an actual doctor and the were baffled as to why any doctor office would refuse a patient of that.
