Not sure where the patient info comes from, or how up-to-date it is, but recently asked about "experience" at cardiovascular rehab that supposedly took place 2 days ago. My husband (the subject of the survey) passed away almost a year ago. Having them ask about his "recent experience" was so insensitive and rude! I found it unnerving to receive this email. Certainly hope they did not submit an insurance claim for rehab session that could not have taken place.
Great place to recover from heart attacks and broken bones they help u get better a rather small gym compared to most but great people, they saved my life once during a heart episode Nurses caught it and I earned my first red wagon ride@
