UF Health Total Care Clinic - Jacksonville

Downstairs was great. Upstairs (5th floor) was bad. This was my first time coming to this office for an appointment. My appointment was 45 minutes later than what was scheduled, very confusing, rushed, and some employees weren't very friendly at all.

I would suggest to anyone that goes to TCC to absolutely NOT see Cornelia M Mccullough, APRN. She was the rudest woman I have ever dealt with in my medical history! She has absolutely no compation or empathy for the people that she comes across. Not all the medical staff here are like that. They have some of the sweetest nurses and doctors, as well! I have the BEST primary doctor now, and his name is Dr. Quarles, and I am forever grateful for him!

The wait is just too much... Appointments say at 11am and still at 2pm not been called... Stop scheduling so many people in one day. Everytime i go there i am waiting at least 2-4 hours just to see a primary care doctor for 10 minutes... If my appointment is at 11am i should be seen within reasonable time. The actual doctors are nice and do a good job... The front reception staff... they honestly are not the friendliest.

My\nDoctor there is the best.I wouldn't go anywhere else for my health care
