Every one of the caregivers, nurses, physical therapists and occupational therapists, were excellent and professional. Each had very good skills, resources and plans to help me progress and achieve recovery goals. Best home care I’ve ever experienced!
This has been the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE we have ever had with a HHC agency in our 46 years of marriage. My husband has had approximately 12-14 referrals for HHC in those 46 years and I can tell you I’ve only allowed two agencies to complete their regimen with him bc they were not at our home bc they were passionate about making his life better they were there for a paycheck that was quite clear. UF Health aka Flagler HHC sent us the best team to “care” for my husband, when they arrived to our home he had been in the hospital at least 4 times since the new year began and he could not walk, barely with Assistance, but certainly not alone. I was at a caregiver’s Burnout level as we were not sleeping at all due to my husband‘s pain level and getting up at least four- six times A night to urinate. I seriously had no hope for things to get much better than they were. We were sleeping in the living room on the recliners if we were sleeping at all. The Therapist Aimee and Joey came in and not only worked with my husband physically, but, assisted us in every level to get his activities of daily living, closest to normal that he could achieve. They assisted me finding devices that could assist him in his care, they stepped above and beyond to keep him well and at home with me where he belongs these two therapists are incredibly human beings, as well as very skilled in their profession. I recommend this company to Everyone that I meet and I tell them if they need a home healthcare company this is the only one they should be calling, I advertised my feelings about this company on Palm Coast Facebook page as well and I will continue to do so because there are so many companies out there that do not care at all about the patient. They only care about making a dollar. I am sad to see this referral, and as I have grown quite attached to the Assistance, I have been receiving as a caregiver. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for our family. If there was an award, I would definitely say they deserve it. Thank you for employing such wonderful human beings. This is the longest stretch of time since the new year that my husband has remained out of the emergency room. This company is what’s important to our community.
My husband had a major stroke causing mobility issues. The entire staff was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. PT did an awesome job with therapy sessions. We were even able to reach our Goal of car transfers. A special Thank you to Joey and Lindsay!
I am very pleased with the Home health services that I received from the nurses, the occupational therapist and the physical therapist. I was treated with the utmost respect. They were kind, caring compassionate and knowledgeable. The dedication in providing me the best possible services was truly remarkable. I was referred to other services that helped me to become more independent as well. They did their job so well by helping me to get the equipment I needed, feel better, look better and do better, I was able to be discharged and resume my regular routine earlier than expected. I was also told that if I needed their services again, they were just a phone call away. Thank you for giving me the help I needed when I needed it the most and giving me my confidence back. I🙏that your agency will always be around to help people such as myself. I am forever grateful!
This home health care company provided me with outstanding services after major back surgery. They were careful to assess my recovery progress at every visit by therapists and nurses. At the same time they provided creative accommodations that allowed me to meet goals to achieve independence in daily living. They especially gave me a sense of confidence that I could be independent once again.
